The Daily Orange writes:

Chancellor Kent Syverud released a draft of the Campus Framework plan to the Syracuse University community on Monday after 18 months of planning and campus outreach from the 17-member advisory group. The Campus Framework plan is one of three parts included in the Fast Forward Syracuse initiative, which was started in 2014 shortly after Syverud was inaugurated as chancellor.
